JeraSoft proposes the following payed support service scheme — Basic and Premium Support packages.
Basic Support Package
Basic Support Package includes general support services, consultations, 4-hour training regarding system usage, help in configuration and VoIP switches integration. Also it includes BillBery Health Check — smart self-verification technology.
Basic Support service is available during regular business hours (10AM — 4PM GMT+00 timezone) via Ticketing System, E-Mail or Live Support Chat and has medium priority level.
Premium Support Package
Premium Support Package includes everything Basic Support has plus the first priority support services and all version upgrades, consultations and help in custom integrations (XML-RPC API).
Premium Support service is available on 24/7 basis via Ticketing System or E-Mail and during regular business hours via phone or real-time chat software. Clients with Premium Support Package have the highest priority response.
BillBery Health Check
BillBery Health Check is a new smart technology developed by Jerasoft Development, that automatically checks consistency and performance of the system during all support package term. It will help to prevent inconsistent data, downgraded performance, malfunction of hardware parts.

Ticketing system requests can be sent via web helpdesk or via e-mail — support@jerasoft.net. Receive of automatic ticketing system reply is confirmation of accept of ticket to support.

Billing & Management Training
High-qualified JeraSoft Development experts are pleased to offer upscale, interactive educational and training programs to our customers and partners. Along with initial base knowledge our training programs will help you to learn how to use billing system tools faster and more effectively.
The educational and training program are divided into two levels: "Overview and Basics" and "Advanced and Maintenance". Also you have an opportunity to order a custom-tailored training session.
Overview and Basics (6 hours session)
- Business Models (wholesale, retail, calling cards, etc) — approx. 30 minutes
- Web Interface overview — approx. 60 minutes
- Customers, Vendors and Rates management — approx. 120 minutes
- Statistics and Reports — approx. 60 minutes
- Initial system configuration and settings — approx. 90 minutes
Advanced and Maintenance (6 hours session)
- Accounting and Invoicing — approx. 90 minutes
- Advanced Statistics reports (Summary, CDRs List, Orig-Term, Mismatches) — approx. 90 minutes
- Advanced Rates management — approx. 30 minutes
- Resellers and Partitioning — approx. 30 minutes
- Dynamic Routing — approx. 30 minutes
- Quality Monitoring — approx. 30 minutes
- Deployment, Integration and DB Maintenance — approx. 60 minutes
Training sessions take place at customer's location and require additional payment. The cost is 800 EUR per day. Usually the training program takes 2 business days. Transportation and accommodation expenses have to be paid additionally.
