Our current pricing table is displayed below. Currently we offer 3 BillBery packages — Small, Medium and Large. They differ by amounts of traffic they are able to process per month. For your convenience traffic estimates are provided in simultaneous calls (ports) and number of calls per month (with ACD = 3 min and ASR = 40% parameters used).

All packages include 2 weeks of free support period after installation.
Support terms
Each support package includes:
- Initial BillBery training tutorial
- Gateways/switches/routers integration and settings consulting
- Billing scenarios realization help
- Live Chat Support in working hours (10am-6pm in GMT+02)
- 24/7 E-mail user support
- Free of charge minor build upgrades by customer's request (for example BillBery 2.3.0 -> BillBery 2.3.1).
Product upgrades
Upgrades between BillBery packages requires a payment of difference between package prices (for example, BillBery Small -> BillBery Medium, payment required: 7070EUR - 4040EUR = 3030EUR). Also, support package price and/or term will be recalculated to match new BillBery package conditions.
Upgrades between release versions (for example BillBery 2.2.0 -> BillBery 2.3.0) is a payed procedure and requires an inquiry to JeraSoft (price depends on nature of upgrade and is discussed with each customer individually).
